Grilled Onion & Asparagus
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Bundle of Asparagus
1 Vadalia Onion (any onion can be used but Vadalia onions are usually sweeter)
Season with Pepper, Garlic Powder & Seasoning Salt (Season with whatever you like)
Layout the Asparagus out on a sheet of aluminum foil sprinkle 1 tblsp of olive oil on top. Cut Vadalia onion into about 1/2 in. slices cover them in 1 tblsp of olive oil, then season them to your liking. Let them set while the grill is warming up. Cook them for about 10 minutes (give or take a few minutes depending on your grill). Then enjoy!
