Lodging: Upon arrival all lodging units will be charged a $100.00 Deposit. Simple guidelines to br complete to have deposit returned.
There is NO longer Towel exchanges available. If towels are requested there is a $25.00 replacement fee
1) Remove all food upon departure.
2) Remove all trash from unit upon departure.
3) Wash all dishes
4) Hang all towels so they will dry.
5) Turn off the AC/Heat before departure.
Housekeeping will inspect units and then deposits will be returned. Deposits should be returned 10-12 days approximately.
